"I had a great experience at cornerstone endodontics from arrival to the time I left everyone was very professional welcoming and informative. I had to get a root canal and I was honestly a little nervous and worried about the pain. Ms.Meagan made sure I was comfortable and checked on me regularly and also provided earphones and a blanket and was very attentive in my well being while Dr. Collier worked. She also explained my medications and aftercare process making sure I understood everything before leaving. Dr Collier did an amazing job doing my root canal i didn't feel any pain and he was done way sooner that expected. Highly recommended"

"I was referred to Cornerstone Endodontics by my dentist after an infection was found during a routine cleaning. I went immediately to the office to find it's location. After talking to the receptionist to schedule a date to be treated, I was told that there was a cancelation & the root canal procedure, which I was in desperate need of due to being in pain, could be performed that same day. I am so thankful to have been referred to Cornerstone Endodontics. Dr. Collier & the entire staff are very friendly & professional. "My dentist was starting a crown and noticed I needed a root canal. Cornerstone got me in that very day!! I had a trip to Disney with my grandchildren in a few days and did not want to wait OR be in pain while out of town. Not only is it a beautiful clinic, EVERYONE there is so kind! Every single person! I was asked what I wanted to watch on TV, what drink I wanted, if I wanted a pillow and blanket! WOW!! Dr. Collier and Megan were so kind! I felt no pain during or after procedure. From the first numbing to being escorted out of the chair it was personal, professional, and without stress or pain. As an added benefit, the numbness was 95% gone as I left the building. Also, the only thing that took time was waiting to get numb, so the procedure was much quicker than I expected. I did not need any pain medicine afterwards and was checked on by the clinic this morning. I would highly recommend them!"
"Dr Collier is an excellent Endontist. I woke up in the middle of the night with a throbbing toothache. I called Cornerstone and they got me in immediately. Turned out the offending tooth had a root canal already which complicates the situation. It was a very old root canal but he didn’t want to re-treat it while inflamed. He adjusted my bite so the offending tooth wasn’t hitting and gave me a medrol dose pack script and antibiotics. The tooth felt better immediately and the steroids helped to quickly reduce the inflammation and swelling. The throb went away and it feels much better. After I finish the antibiotics and steroids he’s going to re-treat the root canal. It will be just like an original root canal but probably not as painful since the nerves have already been removed. The tooth will subsequently get a crown and I should be set. Excellent staff, beautiful modern office and a pleasant experience all around."
"Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had! I was honestly so pleasantly surprised by the card they hand you when you walk in. They offer so much for peace and comfort. I had a blanket, they offered pillows and program choices on the tv and drink options…. Truthfully I told someone about it and said, if I was not there for a root canal and super nervous, it would’ve felt like I was waiting to go into a spa room.The staff are so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Collier was so great! I barely felt anything and I have a true fear of dentists. I literally laid comfortably and watched most of Mulan (yes Mulan! When I say fear I mean I needed all the good vibes).I would give more stars if it was available! Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!"

"I was a ball of nerves about having my root canal. Any form of dental work is not my preference. A basic cleaning is all I want done. Well, I walked in and the staff was welcoming and said the building had been prayed over that morning. I knew I was in the right place. Payton was my dental assistant and she was kind, patient and respected my anxiety. She constantly reassured me all would be okay and never left my side. Dr. Collier was an absolute joy and breath of fresh air as he spoke calmly and constantly asked was I okay as he performed my root canal. We even had some fun banter as they worked to get my temporary crown back on. I left with detailed instructions for after care and they called the following morning to see how I felt. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE 😊"

I wanted to name each person one by one but KUDOS to each member of the staff!The almighty Heavenly Father truly dwells there!!! The atmosphere is filled with harmony and peace!!! I would recommend this office with a rating of 100 percent!! Not only that, the office is clean and beautiful! decorated in all white and they cater to the clients, the patient is their number one priority!!! "Wonderful experience here! Like so many others, I have really bad dental anxiety. I came for a consultation appt. first with Dr. Collier after not having a great experience with another endodontist which had greatly added to my anxiety. The previous office was not able to fully numb me and had caused some pain when attempting to start the procedure so I was terrified that I would have the same luck and have a painful experience. This was my first root canal. I had expressed to him my concerns and he was so kind and calmly reassured me. I had my root canal yesterday and it was better than I could have imagined. All of the staff is so friendly and really goes above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable. My dental assistant was Kayla and she could not have been more sweet. As soon as Dr. Collier came into the room he had remembered my concerns and addressed them before I could even ask him. He said they were going to take care of me and they did. My procedure was painless and comfortable. During the whole procedure Dr. Collier and Kayla kept checking on me asking how I was doing. If I ever need another root canal I will come back here without hesitation and not be anxious about it. They really made this an overall fantastic experience! "I traveled from Montgomery, AL to this facility on 3/12/25 for a root canal and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff is very professional and friendly and makes each patient feel appreciated and valued. The facility is bright and inviting with modern equipment, and Dr. Collier is an expert endodontist. I experienced no discomfort during nor after my procedure. They even follow up with the patient the next day to make sure all is well and prescriptions are being taken if prescribed. "I never thought that I would ever say that having a root canal would be a less than the horrible experience it had been 25 years ago. I must admit that the root canal I had last week with Dr. Colliers and his staff was easier than having a routine cavity filled. It was relatively quick and painless. "I had a root canal by Dr. Collier yesterday. There was no pain whatsoever during any part of the procedure. I was totally relaxed during the procedure. Dr. Collier and his staff were very attentive and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and did I need anything during the root canal.The next morning (today) I got a follow-up phone call from Dr.Collins' staff checking to make sure I am doing okay, do i need anything, etc.Today I filled the prescriptions given to me - steroid for controlling inflammation, antibiotics and a NSAID for possible pain. I will likely not need the pain prescription as I haven't needed anything for pain since the root canal.I have had at least half a dozen root canals and this one rates right up there with the other easy and painless root canals. Prior to the root canal, I didn't worry one bit about having this root canal as Dr. Collier was most highly recommended by my referring dentist. My dentist's recommendation was right on and the experience was painless; a piece of cake!! Dr. Collins will kindly explain everything about the procedure, what he is doing, why he is doing this or that and more to you that you might ask him.I highly recommend Dr. Collier and Cornerstone Endodontics. "I had a dental crown done due to tooth clenching/grinding at my primary dentist that ended up not doing well and led to severe, persistant tooth aches that would keep you up at night. Heading to Cornerstone endodontics, you can say I was a little anxious. This wasn't my 1st rodeo getting a root canal done but just having anything dental makes some anxiety. 1st impression walking into the main office, you are greeted by smiling and nice staff. Sitting down filling out the pre-paperwork, there is Christian music playing softly in the background. After sitting there for a few minutes filling out the paperwork and listening to the music, I knew I had made the right choice coming here and what anxiety I did have had pretty much went away. Going back into the procedure room, I had dental assistant Kate taking care of me. She was really nice, informative and kept me up to date with what was going on. Dr. Collier did the root canal and had something in common with me in the fact that he liked to bass fish as well. Dr. Collier was extremely professional, caring and asked multiple times how I was doing during the whole procedure. While root canals are not fun, discomfort during the procedure was extremely minimal and very short lived and does not even compare to the pain you experience from the tooth aches that require you to get a root canal. After the procedure, they give you detailed instructions post procedure and medications to help heal and fix what discomfort you may have. I'm POD 1 and feeling great and really not having any discomfort. I was able to get a good night rest last night for the 1st time in 2.5 weeks without having to wake up in the early morning hrs to take pain medicine. Thank you Cornerstone endodontics for making this as good of a experience as it could be."

"Well, after all the horror stories one hears about getting a root canal done, i was pretty disappointed. Knowing that it takes a while for the numbing shots to take affect, you have a form to fill out giving you the choice of a pillow, a blanket , a choice of 10 or so drinks, and what tv show you want to watch. Once they begin the procedure though, it's well organized, precise and efficient. It only took about 15 minutes for me. Then they gave me prescriptions for antibiotics, swelling and pain. But, since i had no pain and most of the swelling was gone the next morning, i only got the antibiotics. I did make sure that was ok with them first."
"Five stars is not a high enough rating for the Cornerstone Endodontics staff! Dr. Duque and Peyton, as well as everyone at the front desk made me feel as though I was their only patient - when in fact I was worked in as an emergency root canal because Dr. Duque was compassionate enough to not make me wait over a long weekend when I was already in pain. He made his schedule more hectic just to accommodate me that day; yet he never made me feel like an intrusion or inconvenience. Additionally, the steps they take to ensure your comfort are truly next level. There's a "care card" that you receive when you sign in and it asks for your preferences on things like Laughing Gas, Drinks/Sodas, Pillow & Blanket, and even what TV Station or Movie to watch. It was truly an "all about me" experience which was not at all what I expected. The actual treatment was as pain free as you can get when it comes to the extensive root canal he had to perform. Yet he was patient and took time to explain each step of the process and to check on me along the way to make sure I wasn't in pain and didn't need to take a break. There were numerous x-rays taken along the way to use as a comparison throughout the process and for a 3-month follow up appointment that will come. I'm just blown away with their level of care, commitment to their patients, and overall capabilities. I would recommend them to anyone with an endodontic need!"

"I live in Florida, and I went to a dentist to get a filling/crown. I had what is called a "hot tooth", which is a severely inflamed nerve that will not get numb despite several shots of anesthesia. She couldn't complete the drilling and referred me to an endodontist for a root canal to kill the nerve. I'd seen Dr. Collier about 10 years ago and remembered how pleasant the experience was, so I made the 4 hour trip to have this procedure with him too. I was terrified that I would feel the nerve again, to the point of shaking uncontrollably. His staff was so patient with me and we waited until I was completely numb before starting. At one point during the drilling, I felt a small zinger and Dr. Collier immediately stopped and gave me more anesthesia and made sure I didn't feel a thing. A few seconds later he was done with the drilling and told me the nerve was dead, and I didn't feel another thing for the rest of the procedure. THANK GOD!!!! "I can't say enough about Dr. Collier and this practice. I've had to have 3 root canals, on separate occasions at this practice. This is definitely not the root canals from the 80's. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort during or after the procedures. Dr. Collier routinely asked throughout the procedure how I was doing and genuinely cares. I’ve had more root canals than I care to admit, but this one was not the dreadful experience I thought it would be. Dr. Kimbell was kind and thoughtful in his approach. This root canal did not hurt. Not just because he’s skilled with the Novacaine needle but also because he has great chair side manner. I didn’t catch her name, but his assistant/technician was super friendly and caring as well. The technology is pretty impressive too. If you need a specialist...this is the place and these are the right people. Great team!"
"I was referred to Brookwood Endodontists for a root canal that hurt so bad my ear felt the pain! 😀 They got me in that day and did the root canal. Dr. Collier was the one who drew the short straw to get me as a patient cuz I'm the biggest pansy when it comes to dental work and he did AWESOME work. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible and took xrays during the procedure which is a good sign of thoroughness. All the staff were friendly and professional. For someone who doesn't like dentists (nothing personal) I wish I could hear more from this staff personally. Being a Christian, this office reminded me of the body of Christ and I wish I had more! "They are awesome!!!! My tooth had been sore off and on for over a year. I grind and clinch so I kept thinking it was sores from that, but as time went on it started getting sensitive more often. In the past 2 months it had increased to hot and cold sensitive but nothing appeared wrong on the X-ray. The staff at Southern Dental Birmingham sent me to have it tested with Dr Kimble. After several tests it was determined to indeed need a root canal. Not only was it a painless experience it was very educational as I could watch the procedure on the TV above me. The staff from front desk to assistants well as the Dr's at both offices were outstanding in service and care!!!"

While the root canal was being done Dr. Collier and his assistant asked me several times if I was doing okay or needed anything. I was already pretty nervous so this definitely made the visit more pleasant. After they were done I was given my Rx and instructions for what I needed to do. The next day the office called to check on me and ask if I had any questions. If I ever need anything else done I will definitely go back."
