Madison didn’t think so- she completely sensed how I felt and made sure I was comfortable, even to the point of pausing and making sure I had something to listen to during the procedure because she could sense I was nervous. When I apologized for taking extra time because it was late in the afternoon she assured me that it was ok and she was on my side. She is a patient advocate and I was so grateful to have her there. I am rarely in the shoes of a patient, as I am usually in my nurse role/ and I can say that this is a place where you can feel safe if you are afraid.2. I was having excruciating pain after the permanent crown was put on my tooth. Went to ER because of the pain that night. Called my dentist the next day and they got me in to Cornerstone for a root canal. That was the best Endodontics office ever!! Saran and Catherine never left me alone. I was offered a blanket, a drink, options for TV. I had relaxing music and pics. My doctor did a very thorough job, and I never had pain, even with the numbing shots. He was great! The entire staff were friendly, and could not have done Anything better. Highly recommend this group to anyone looking for an Endodontics team.
